The information that you give us (your name, address, email and phone number), is stored securely and will never be sold, traded or shared with anyone else. 

Our Mailing List

We use MailChimp to send out our newsletters. These newsletters share information about our site, including special offers and interesting events you might like to join while you are staying at The Wood Stars. There is a sign-up box at the bottom of each page of our website.

If you join our mailing list and change your mind about receiving our newsletters, it's easy to unsubscribe.

Payments & Security

We use Stripe secure payment gateway to process your payments, so we never receive or store your credit or debit card information. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. Your payments are safe and secure.

Removing Personal Information

As part of respecting your rights to privacy we are happy to remove any personal data that we have collected from you as part of booking a holiday with us, or through joining our mailing list. If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, or would like more information about how we use and store your data please email thea@thewoodstars.co.uk.

Stores state of checkout while the visitor is completing their order with Stripe.

Prevents the Promotional Pop-Up from displaying if a visitor dismisses it.

Name: squarespace-announcement-bar. Duration: Persistent. Purpose:
Prevents the Announcement Bar from displaying if a visitor dismisses it.
